PurpleTree generously rewards business partners for successful new Irish client referrals. Our tiered structure offers increasing rewards for multiple successful introductions. Compensation is as follows (tracked on a rolling 12-month basis from your first qualifying referral):

For an Irish referral to qualify for compensation:

1. Referred Irish client must be new to PurpleTree (no contact in last 12 months).
2. Referral results in a signed contract/paid project with PurpleTree (min. €1,000 excl. VAT).
3. Referred Irish client completes initial payment to PurpleTree.

For You (Referring Partner in Ireland):

1. Identify Irish SMEs/contacts who could benefit from PurpleTree’s HR/H&S services or HR Duo.
2. Obtain their permission for us to contact them, mentioning your introduction.
3. Contact our PurpleTree Sales Manager (details below) by email/phone. They can log the Irish referral for you.
4. Provide key client details: Irish company name, contact person, their needs (if known), and your relationship.

For PurpleTree (Handling Your Irish Referral):

1. Sales Manager acknowledges your Irish referral (2 business days).
2. We contact the referred Irish client professionally (5 business days), mentioning you.
3. We keep you informed of progress with the Irish referral.
4. Your compensation is processed within 30 days of the Irish client’s qualifying payment.

Receiving your PurpleTree referral payments for successful Irish introductions is straightforward:

1. Payments processed via direct bank transfer to your nominated Irish bank account (or via expenses for company partners).
2. Clear payment advice note provided for your records for each Irish referral.
3. Referral tracking numbers used for transparency on your Irish referral earnings with PurpleTree.
