Business Partner Referral Programme

The referral programme is designed to expand PurpleTree’s reach to more businesses through trusted introductions. We reward partners for referring new clients to our HR and employment law, health and safety, and HR software services. The programme applies to all partners, associates, and existing clients referring potential new clients operating in Ireland.

PurpleTree rewards business partners generously for successful new client referrals. Our tiered structure offers increasing rewards for multiple introductions, tracked on a rolling 12-month basis from your first qualifying referral.

For a referral to qualify for compensation, the following criteria must be met:

Referring businesses to PurpleTree is quick and straightforward. Simply identify contacts who could benefit from our HR services, obtain their permission for us to reach out, then contact our sales team with the details. We acknowledge your referral within two business days and keep you informed of progress. Payments are processed via direct bank transfer within 30 days of the referred client completing their initial payment.

PurpleTree is committed to the highest standards of confidentiality and data protection for all referrals. All information you provide is handled strictly in accordance with GDPR and Irish data protection laws. PurpleTree reserves the right to modify or terminate this programme at any time, with at least 30 days written notice to active partners. Referrals logged before any change will be honoured under the original terms.
