How Workplace Mediation Works
Workplace mediation is a voluntary, structured process where a neutral mediator facilitates dialogue between parties in conflict. Unlike formal disciplinary or grievance procedures under the WRC Code of Practice, mediation focuses on communication and collaborative resolution, not blame or punishment.
Our impartial facilitators guide the process in a safe, structured environment. All discussions remain strictly confidential, and our goal is to restore working relationships so teams can move forward productively.
