Confirm salary is at or above National Minimum Wage

Annual Leave Entitlements
Under the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997 – statutory minimum is 4 working weeks
Minimum 20 days for a full-time employee (4 working weeks)
Ireland has 10 public holidays per year
Statutory Sick Pay: 5 days in 2024, 7 days from 2025 (Sick Leave Act 2022)
